Class Descriptions

Gentle Yoga:

This class focuses on basic alignment principles, and developing heightened body awareness.  Build strength and flexibility with a functional approach to yoga. A well-rounded practice to suit all levels.

Deepening into Yoga:

A slower paced class focused on detailed alignment with an emphasis on strength and flexibility thru sustained holds in the postures, and the study of pranayama; breathing techniques that can promote calmness and focus mentally, physically and energetically.   All levels.

Yoga for Balance:

A fun class exploring the art of balance.  Learn to engage core stabilizers and see how your balance improves!

Yin Yoga:

Yin yoga is a slow-paced passive practice that focuses on nourishing the connective tissue in the joints, and allowing chi or energy to move through the body.  This class will focus on long-held seated and supine postures.

Pricing

Weekly on-going classes are $12 drop in, or 4 classes for $40 (you do not have to come to 4 classes in a row).
